Samhain is an ancient Celtic Festival, marking the end of the harvest season and heralding the beginning of winter, or the ‘darker half’ of the year. To honour this tradition, The White Hag are hosting our own Samhain Festival to welcome the darkest of the seasons with the darkest of stouts, porters and barrel aged beers. We’re also bringing a few of our mates from the beer community to join us, bringing with them some amazing stouts, dark beers and barrel aged specials.
In hosting this Festival we are heading East. We don’t usually get the opportunity to host an event like this outside the brewery, but some mates are giving us their new space at 98 Parnell St., Dublin 1 for this unique occasion. It allows us to bring beers you rarely, or never, see on draught. We will also bring our partners from the trade along outside of trading hours for some well-earned tasters.
We need to sell tickets to manage stock and numbers, but each ticket gets you a beer – so entry doesn’t cost. We’re going to host 6 events, and tickets will be available for all from Sunday October 14th. Click the links for ticket pages.
