Samhain
Samhain
Märzen-Style Lager
In Irish mythology the festival of Samhain marked the end of the harvest season and the beginning of the “darker half” of the year. Bonfires deemed to have protective powers were lit, and alcohol played a key role in this October festival. It was seen as a time when spirits and fairies could more easily come into our world, and join the party. And now we invite you to enjoy The White Hag’s Oktoberfest tribute to Samhain
Description
A classic German-style lager, similar to types of beers served at Oktoberfest in Munich every year.
Tasting Notes
Pours a deep amber with a lush white head. Warm toasty malt and lush caramel are accentuated by the velvety mouthfeel, medium body and crisp balanced finish.
