Bran & Sceolan were the two Wolfhounds of warrior Fionn Mac Cumhail. Born to his Aunt, after she magically transformed into an Irish Wolfhound by her husband’s ex lover. The story of these strong legends is as intense and complex as the flavours in this beer. Highly hopped, bitter yet fresh and floral.
Description
An American-style IPA brewed with 100% Irish malt. Pine and citrusy grapefruit are balanced by a full, malt backbone.
Tasting Notes
Very pale with a slight hop haze from high levels of dry hopping. Fruity aromas of passionfruit, grapefruit and orange. The flavour is equally fruity, with a soft mouthfeel and a balanced finish.
