A really exciting moment for our Barrel Aged programme with the release of of the beautiful Benandonner, Brett TIPA. We are proud to add this TIPA to our speciality bottled range.

Bringing a TIPA through our barrel ageing process for the first time, we’ve brought out the brett again! Creating a funky, earthy and still slightly bitter flavour profile, the brett funk takes centre stage, balanced by the citrus tropical hop character that dominates. The malt backbone and caramel sweetness are complemented by the wild and complex brett character.
