This forest fruit ale is a deep red colour with just a little spooky haze. Juicy, earthy, complex blackcurrant and red berry aroma. A small addition of Cascade Hops in the boil brings a lovely balance to the juicy earthy flavour.  Simple malts offer a good base for the tart fruit with a touch of sweetness.
