Introducing the eighth edition of our Barrel-Aged Black Boar, an imperial oatmeal stout aged in 12-year-old ex-Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. This meticulously aged stout brings out deep layers of dark chocolate, rich coffee, and roasted malt, while the bourbon barrels add warm vanilla, sweet sticky honey, and bold American oak character.

After four months of aging, the result is a silky, full-bodied beer with an indulgent balance of sweetness, roast, and barrel complexity. This is a stout made for sipping and savouring, best enjoyed at 6-12°C to fully unlock its depth of flavor.
