Drink While Laughing is a no-nonsense West Coast Pale Ale brewed in collaboration with our friends at Green Cheek Beer Co, and built for lovers of classic bitterness and clean hop expression.
Brewed on a base of MINCH Lager malt, with spelt for nutty depth and Carapils for added mouthfeel, this beer pours light golden (6.7 EBC) with crystal clarity. Fermented with US-05 for a clean, crisp finish that lets the hops do the talking.
We’ve used Mosaic in three powerful forms - Dynaboost, Cryo, and Hyperboost - to unlock its full aromatic spectrum. The result? Explosive layers of tropical fruit, resinous pine, and zesty citrus, backed by a bracing 83 IBU bitterness for that signature West Coast bite.
