This exceptional 7-year-old single malt has been matured in casks previously used for our Púca Berry & Hibiscus Sour Beer, part of our innovative barrel program. Crafted with our wild house yeast, captured from Benbulben’s heather, Púca sour beer delivers a refreshing tartness and vibrant fruit complexity, which now imparts its distinct character to this whiskey.
