A modern American Pale Ale, created with our friends at WAR, fresh, intensely aromatic, and incredibly enjoyable. Pilsner and wheat malts lend a slightly hazy appearance and a silky smoothness on the palate, without losing that dry, clean drinkability that keeps you coming back for the next sip. We had fun with the hops: Citra, Ekuanot, and Galaxy, alongside Nelson and Wai-iti in a CPHJ version, an extract obtained from fresh rather than dried hops, capable of producing a more intense, brilliant, and incredibly delicate aromatic expression at the same time. The result? A beer that explodes with juicy citrus, tropical fruit, and ultra-fresh aromatic nuances, with an initial smoothness that gives way to a dry, clean finish and a modern, elegant, and surprising bitterness.
